Hot Hatha & Flow
Once a Moksha / Modo girlie, I just love the hot room. I love sequencing and I love intelligent and intentional movement. My classes are planned with love and delivered with care. I always prioritize breath and a grounded, deliberate pace. I come at the practice with the goal of nervous system down-regulation and have come to believe that the vestibular movement + breathwork inherently involved in these more active classes provide us with the capacity for stillness, which is so hard to come by in our current societal setup.

Mom & Baby Yoga
Offered at Vivewell Loft on Mondays at 12:30p (and sometimes at Akasha Yoga and/or other locations)
These special boob/bottle/diaper/crying-friendly yoga classes will be offered to moms of all fitness levels - with or without yoga experience - and their babies until they are crawling.
Our goals:
• To help ease the aches and pains of baby feeding and baby wearing
• To regain your mobility and independence following the drastic changes that occur during pregnancy and birth
• To down-regulate your nervous system and your baby's, to develop tools to do this outside of yoga class
• To meet with other mamas and share your ups and downs in a safe space.
• To mindfully bond with your new baby
Classes generally follow the following loose structure: Welcome / check-in / safe space; Breathing & seated warm up; Seated Pelvic floor rehab; Gentle abdominal rehab; Pick up the babies! Standing poses with baby; Sing to the babies or massage the babies; Last few stretches / cool down; "Savasana", mama version
Prenatal Yoga
Offered at Vivewell Loft on Mondays at 4:30p (and sometimes at Akasha Yoga and/or other locations)
All stages of pregnancy, no experience required.
Prenatal yoga classes have a few missions:
To help ease the aches and pains of carrying a human 24/7
To maintain strength and develop stability and balance, especially in the pelvic floor
To down-regulate your nervous system and keep mamas’ stress levels in check
To mindfully bond with the baby growing inside you
To prepare you for the workout of a lifetime!
Classes generally follow the following loose structure: Breathing exercises, Pelvic floor awareness and exercises, Seated & Floor Exercises, Standing poses, Stretches, Savasana
